Al-Babtain Power &Telecommunication Co. said the ordinary general meeting, held on April 21, endorsed the board and auditor’s reports as well as financial statements for FY13.

Shareholders also gave a nod to the cash dividend paid for the first nine months of 2013 at SAR 1.5 per share in Q4-13.

Board members were discharged from liability for FY13, and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh was appointed as an auditor for FY14.
